FAQ

Commissions/Customs

• Feel free to contact me for customs or commissions through my contact page, dm or email. I am always happy to work one on one, from totally unique ideas to something resembling a product sold out in my shop. I typically require a deposit of half the total payment, and provide updates throughout to ensure you're happy with the product.

• Please note commissions are non-refundable once started. I will update you throughout and am happy to take any suggestions for changes during the process.

Shipping

Items will typically ship within 1 week of purchase, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery through USPS.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once the artwork has left my possession, unfortunately, I am no longer responsible for them and problems such as lost or broken items are out of my control. That being said, please contact me if there are any problems with your order and I will do my best to mend the situation.

Payment 

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to create a payment plan. 

I do not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has gone out for delivery or on commissions.

Ownership

• Purchase of any artwork or item on my site does not include permission to re-distribute my work for commercial use, profit, or otherwise by the purchaser, including purchase with the intent to re-distribute as NFT. 

Originals
 

• All originals are varnished to provide long lasting protection against fading, discoloration, moisture, and dirt. 

All originals are shipped with damage insurance included at the amount for which the painting was purchased.
